WSL &
Linux |
Windows 10 has a
feature (disabled by default) called WSL (Windows
Subsystem for Linux). WSL lets you run a Linux
distribution such as Debian or Ubuntu directly on
Windows without the overhead of a traditional virtual
machine or dual boot setup. Linux command line tools,
utilities, and programs can be run, and files can be
exchanged easily between the two environments. |
